How long should we wait to receive a reply?
Once you send your files, they get in line for current orders and queue for other free file review requests. As of the last weeks, we have been able to review, check, build a design proof and send it back to the customer within a day or 2 from the time we received the files.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend you place the order and select the “I need free proofs” at the time of the checkout, this will get your design reviewed within the following 2 to 4 business hours.
What to expect from my file review?
We first like to ensure that the canvas, width, height, and other dimensions fit perfectly with our template guidelines.
At the same time, we check for file canvas, we also assure that important content on your design stays inside the margins and safe zones. If your design is not too complicated, we could fix most of these little errors and mistakes to make your design work without guidelines, completely FREE of cost.
Then, we prepare a file with all cutting+margins+safe zones marked for you to see how your design fits out the template, before approval for printing. Once the proofing file is ready, we will email it to you and wait for your feedback.
