20 lb. Bond Paper

The least expensive paper option available for laser printing. This paper can be found on any paper supplier store like staples and others. Good for single-sided text documents

20 lb. Recycled Paper

Our eco-friendly choice made with recycled content. Ideal for everyday handouts, internal documents, and sustainable office printing without sacrificing clarity.

Eco-friendly paper lineup: 20lb Recycled (economy), 24lb Recycled (mid), 32lb Recycled (luxury), plus Synthetic Waterproof and Synthetic Tear-Proof for durable, eco-forward menus and field guides.

24 lb. Laser Smooth

This paper is also known for good application on single-sided document print with a softer feel to the touch.

28 lb. Premium Laser

For the 28lb, we can start using front and back document prints, and sometimes, depending on the graphic saturation, we can also include graphics on both sides.

32 lb. Super Smooth Premium

This is best for documents containing deep tone images, or quality photographs. Can be printed front and back with images, pictures and graphs, providing a soft luxury feel to the hand and higher quality print output.

80 lb. & 100 lb. Cover Stock

With the 80lb and 100lb papers, you will be already looking at magazine quality printouts, for a very professional print output with a soft and nice touch to the hand.

Mostly used for document printing, but often also used for flyers, presentations and other quick hand out utilities.

8.5" x 14" (Legal size)

Ideal size to be used as fill-out forms, restaurant menus and larger legal documents.

11" x 17" (Tabloid size)

If you are planning to fold the print out as a brochure or menu, or to use it as poster, this is the correct size for you

5.5" x 8.5" (Trimmed to Half page)

Perfect for small flyers, booklets, programs, or info sheets. (Cutting required for this size)

Finishing Options Explained

Folding

Perfect for menus and make your printouts easier to ship and distribute.

• Tri-fold: Menus and restaurant takeout flyers are most common.
• Half-fold: Commonly used for companies multi-page intro, vision and mission.
• Z-fold: Great for restaurant full menus or step-by-step guides.

Binding

Enhance resistance, structure and professionalism

• Stapling: The fastest and cheapest way to bind, could be top left, middle and bottom.
• Coil Binding: This is more durable than stapled binding, good for small books and NCR forms
• Perfect Binding: Similar to a book finish, for thicker and longer content printouts.

Additionally:

• Hole Punching: Practical 3-hole punch, to make it ready for a binder.
• Laminating: Extra protection from water, dirt and hand manipulation, extra shine too.
• Cutting/Trimming: Digital prints outputs with white border, we can trim out for full bleed effect.

How to properly set up files for digital prints

If you wish to see a free design done by us, we are willing to set up something quick for you FREE of charge, if you already have the document ready for printing, we can also double check for possible errors and misplacements.

Use 300 DPI Resolution

We encourage you to avoid images downloaded from the internet, usually very low quality. Make sure images are 300dpi or above for final viewable size.

Use RGB Format

Our digital presses work perfectly with RGB, and will deliver superior tone accuracy when using RGB image format. (Avoid CMYK)

Include Bleeds (If needed)

If you are ok with the print out to have a standard white border, no need to worry about this. But if you need the design and printed ink to go all the way to the edge of the printed piece, make sure the design extends the background image or fill at least 0.125" on each direction, to allow a clean cut.

Embed Your Fonts

Font compatibility through different design software and operating system is a known issue, make sure to convert the text into vector or send us all the font you used for the design, we will generate an email proof for you to approve anyway.

Multi-Page Documents

We welcome Microsoft Word and PDF multi-document files for printing, just upload the file once. During the checkout we will specify if you want each page to be a side of the paper (1st page front, 2nd page back...) or if you need a different print order organization.
