Location Photo Boards Scouts Pin Beside Production Office Permit Wall Map Rails
Film location scout color copies work as location photo boards, permit checklist refs, shoot day schedule prompts, and vendor contact minis for production office permit wall map rails and location manager clipboard binders. 8.5x14 legal on 70lb text keeps GPS coordinate bands and sun angle rows scannable during back-to-back pre-production site survey afternoons.
Print 500 photo boards per new film project launch or city permit renewal cycle and reorder when insurance certificate disclosure language updates. Free Design Setup supports location photos, scout callback footers, and permit layout bands for calmer pre-survey route prep sessions.

Film Location Scout Color Copy FAQs
Why use 8.5x14 legal boards for film location scout photo refs and permit checklist handouts?
8.5x14 legal trim gives GPS coordinate columns, sun angle rows, and shoot day schedule bands room without shrinking vendor contact callouts scouts misread during back-to-back pre-production site survey afternoons. Film location scouts often compare two access route options side by side on text legal tabs beside printed insurance certificate disclosure sheets. Letter size forces awkward folds across wide location photo grids that legal keeps flat on permit wall map rails.
Can I print 500 location photo boards per new film project launch?
Yes. 500 copies on 70lb text supports one film project launch, city permit renewal cycle kits, and map rail replacement sets through peak fall production prep months. There is no minimum, so you can reorder when one insurance certificate disclosure line changes. Upload separate PDFs per location zone and approve board clarity on proof before your first pre-production site survey Monday.
Will permit checklist tables stay readable on text legal stock?
Free Design Setup can widen film office columns, add calm color bands for noise restriction flags, and enlarge location photos so coordinators scan permit grids fast during short permit submission windows. Send vector PDFs when possible. Flag any coverage limit wording your production legal advisor requires on every board. We proof dense film production grids before your film location scout run prints.
Should location photo boards accept pen notes during live site survey walks?
Uncoated or light matte location photo boards take pen during live site survey walks when access notes update. Gloss fights field markers. Print a scout day kit and short-reorder when location shortlists change. Keep address and permit fields high contrast beside photo grids on proof.
Can photo boards be double-sided for GPS coordinates and shoot day schedule prompts?
Yes. GPS coordinate bands on the front and shoot day schedule prompts on the back keep one text legal page on the permit wall map rail through full pre-production month. Keep scout callback mobile on the front if pages might separate during location agreement folder swaps. We align both sides on proof so location codes and call time fields match at legal trim.
How do I refresh boards after revised insurance certificate rules or permit checklist guidance?
Upload the revised PDF for insurance certificate boards only and run a short reorder. No minimum helps when one coverage limit cue changes but location photo boards and permit checklist refs stay valid for the same production quarter. Date the footer so teams swap stacks before peak fall production prep weekends and city film permit audit visits.
Can CheapRUSH rush text legal boards before a scheduled pre-production site survey week?
Rush and express options show on the calculator when capacity allows. Upload print-ready film production art early, approve proof the same day, and pick the fastest ship option your survey week allows. Enter production office zip at checkout for transit separate from print days before permit wall map rail pinning night.
