Yes. 500 copies on 60lb text supports one manufacturer spec cycle, new contractor account launch kits, and laser case replacement sets through peak spring storefront months. There is no minimum, so you can reorder when one warranty disclaimer changes. Upload separate PDFs per job type and approve tag clarity on proof before your first commercial install week.

Free Design Setup can widen bead width columns, add high-contrast bands for cure times, and enlarge pane diagrams so crews scan spec grids fast during short curtain wall install windows. Send vector PDFs when possible. Flag any manufacturer warranty wording your compliance lead requires on every tag. We proof dense glass size grids before your glass installer glazier run prints.

60lb text helps dimension rows, tempered flags, and edge polish codes read clearly in bright jobsite light where matte tags can look flat against reflective glass stacks. Thick glossy sheet also survives clip changes and pocket handling better than thin paper tags that curl after one humid install week.

Yes. Glass size dimensions on the front and customer sign-off minis on the back keep one glossy square tag on the laser case through install week. Keep shop callback on the front if tags might separate during commercial job folder swaps. We align both sides on proof so pane IDs and dimension totals match at square trim.

Upload the revised PDF for safety lift refs only and run a short reorder. No minimum helps when one weight limit band changes but glass size micro tags and sealant spec tabs stay valid for the same spec quarter. Date the footer so crews swap stacks before peak summer storefront weekends and manufacturer audit visits.
