Conference Planner Color Copies · 8.5x11 · 24lb Recycled

8.5x11 letter trim gives track name columns, room assignment rows, and sponsor tier bands room without shrinking attendee flow callouts staff misread during back-to-back pre-conference setup afternoons. Conference planners often compare two session routing options side by side on recycled bond letter tabs beside printed ADA routing disclosure sheets. Legal size works for wide venue maps, but letter pages travel better from registration counter into live volunteer briefing folders.

Yes. 5000 copies on 24lb recycled conference bond supports one annual flagship event, new venue partnership kits, and registration counter rail replacement sets through peak fall conference months. There is no minimum, so you can reorder when one ADA routing disclosure line changes. Upload separate PDFs per track line and approve poster clarity on proof before your first registration desk Monday.

Free Design Setup can widen green room columns, add calm color bands for AV check flags, and enlarge venue map icons so stage managers scan room grids fast during short morning rehearsal walkthrough windows. Send vector PDFs when possible. Flag any sponsor tier wording your client requires on every poster. We proof dense conference ops grids before your conference planner run prints.

Uncoated or light matte registration desk session grids take pen during live conference ops when rooms swap. Gloss rejects markers at busy desks. Print an event kit and short-reorder when agenda blocks change. Leave write-in bands for capacity notes beside session titles on proof.

Yes. Track name bands on the front and attendee flow minis on the back keep one recycled bond letter page on the registration counter rail through full event week. Keep planner callback mobile on the front if pages might separate during volunteer briefing folder swaps. We align both sides on proof so session codes and room assignment fields match at letter trim.

Upload the revised PDF for ADA routing boards only and run a short reorder. No minimum helps when one elevator band changes but session grid posters and speaker room refs stay valid for the same event quarter. Date the footer so staff swap stacks before peak fall conference weekends and municipal venue inspection visits.

Rush and express options show on the calculator when capacity allows. Upload print-ready conference ops art early, approve proof the same day, and pick the fastest ship option your opening week allows. Enter convention hall zip at checkout for transit separate from print days before registration counter rail pinning night.
