What products does Cheap RUSH Printing offer?

Business cards, flyers, brochures, postcards, banners, yard signs, posters, door hangers, labels, stickers, letterheads, envelopes, pocket folders, apparel, mugs, and promotional items. Visit printing/ to browse the full catalog. Free Design Setup is included with every product regardless of what you order or how much.

What is Free Design Setup and does it cost extra?

Free Design Setup is professional layout help included on every product at no extra charge. Send your logo, copy, and any color notes. A designer builds print-ready art, adds the correct bleed, converts to CMYK, and adds a QR code if you request one. There is nothing extra on the invoice.

Do I need a design file to place an order?

No. A PNG logo and a short description of what the piece should say is enough to start. Select Free Design Setup on the product page and describe the layout you want. If you already have a complete print-ready PDF with bleed, upload it and proceed directly to proof review.

What file types can I upload?

PDF is strongly preferred. Export press-ready with bleed, CMYK color mode, and embedded or outlined fonts. We also accept high-resolution JPG, PNG, AI files from Illustrator, PSD from Photoshop, and EPS. Minimum 300 DPI at final print size. If unsure, upload what you have and prepress will advise.

What is bleed and do I need to add it?

Bleed is artwork that extends one-eighth inch beyond the trim edge so that ink color reaches the cut line without leaving a white gap. Add bleed when you have background color or images touching the edges of the piece. If your file lacks bleed, Free Design Setup adds it for you.

What color mode should my file be?

CMYK is required for accurate print color. Screens use RGB, but commercial presses use Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink to produce color. We convert RGB files to CMYK during prepress review and flag significant color shifts in your proof so you can see the difference before approving.

How does pricing work — what is included?

Product price includes printing, finishing, and Free Design Setup. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on weight, carrier selection, and delivery zone. Rush production upgrades add to the product price based on the tier selected. There are no hidden setup fees or plate charges on any order.

How do I apply a coupon or promo code?

Enter the code in the discount field at checkout before you confirm payment. The discount is applied immediately to eligible line items in your order. Free Design Setup remains included at no charge regardless of which promotional code you apply or whether a code reduces the product total.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes. The order confirmation email you receive after checkout serves as a receipt. Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to download a PDF invoice. If you need a custom invoice format or purchase order documentation for your accounts payable process, contact us directly.

When do I receive my digital proof?

Most proofs are delivered within one business day after you submit a complete file or finish describing your Free Design Setup layout request. Rush proof requests are prioritized earlier in the day when submitted by 10 AM Eastern Time on orders that include a rush production tier at checkout.

What should I check on a digital proof?

Check every line of text for typos and confirm phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs are correct. Verify that colors look right on a calibrated screen. Check that nothing important is cut off near the edges. For double-sided pieces, confirm front and back are correctly oriented relative to each other.

Can I request changes to a proof?

Yes. You can request changes before approving the proof. Reply to the proof email with specific numbered revision notes written in plain language. No design terminology is required. Our designer makes the corrections and sends an updated proof. There is no charge for revision rounds on Free Design Setup orders.

What happens if I approve a proof with a mistake?

We print exactly what is shown in the proof you approved. If the error was in the file or layout you provided, a reprint is billed at production cost. If our team introduced the error, we reprint at no charge. Always review the proof carefully before clicking approve.

How do rush orders work?

Select a rush production tier in the product calculator at checkout. Rush jobs move to the front of the press queue after proof approval. Pair rush production with 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipping to meet tight deadlines. Call +1 (800) 220-5185 to confirm same-day start availability.

What is the fastest I can receive a print order?

Same-day production combined with Next Day Air shipping can deliver in as little as two business days from proof approval. Exact availability depends on your delivery ZIP code, the product type, and current press capacity at our Pompano Beach facility. Call ahead to confirm before placing the order.

How is shipping transit time different from production time?

Production time is how long your job spends on press and in finishing at our facility after proof approval. Transit time is how long the carrier takes to deliver the package from Pompano Beach to your address. Both numbers are displayed separately at checkout so you can plan your timeline accurately.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier and service level are selected at checkout based on your delivery timeline and destination. All shipments include a tracking number delivered to your email when the label is created, typically on the day your package is picked up.

How do I track my order?

Visit tools/track-order/ and enter your order number along with the email address you used at checkout. You can also use the tracking number in the shipping email we send when your package is picked up by the carrier. Tracking becomes active within a few hours of the carrier scanning the label.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, before the shipping label is created. Contact us immediately at +1 (800) 220-5185 or through tools/contact-us/ with your order number and the corrected delivery address. Address corrections after the label is generated may require a carrier intercept, which can delay delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damage within a few business days of delivery. We review the packaging damage report, assess the claim, and arrange a reprint or issue a refund for verified shipping damage caused in transit.

Do you accept returns on printed materials?

Printing is custom-produced for each individual order, so general returns are not accepted. If the error is on our side, such as a wrong product, a clear printing defect, or a setup mistake we introduced, we reprint or refund. Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Can I cancel an order after it is placed?

Yes, before proof approval or before production has started. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel. After proof approval, the job may already be queued on press and full cancellation may not be possible. Call +1 (800) 220-5185 for urgent cancellation requests.

Do you offer free samples?

Yes. Visit tools/free-stuff/free-printing-sample-package/ to request a free sample kit with paper stock and coating examples shipped at no charge. No subscription, credit card, or account is required. Feeling the difference between 14pt matte and 16pt gloss in your hand before you order is the best way to choose stock for your brand.

What is Pay Later checkout?

Pay Later lets you place an order without paying upfront. Our team reviews your files, sends a digital proof, and you pay when the layout looks right. Guest Checkout works the same way without creating an account. Production begins after proof approval and payment, so you stay in control before anything prints.

What free tools can I use before ordering?

The tools/free-stuff/ hub includes 31 free utilities: DPI checker, bleed visualizer, PDF to JPG conversion, EDDM size checker, QR generator, and AI design helpers. The integrated online designer at online-designer-tool/ offers 1,000+ templates across 700+ industries. All are free to use with no account required.

Is Cheap RUSH Printing good for small businesses?

Yes. Low minimums, free design help, and rush options are specifically designed around how small businesses operate. You do not need a marketing department, a pre-built brand kit, or large order volumes to get started. A logo file and a clear goal are enough for us to build your first piece.

How do I get the best price on a large print order?

Larger quantities reduce the per-unit cost on most products. Contact us through tools/contact-us/ with your product, quantity, and specs for a custom volume quote. We also advise on paper stock and finish combinations that reduce cost without hurting the perceived quality of the finished piece.
