Economical Shipping Information Printing
UPS, FedEx, and USPS from our Pompano Beach facility to your door anywhere in the United States.
Every package we send includes tracking, and every delivery window we quote is split into two honest numbers: production time and transit time. Knowing both keeps your event timeline intact. This page explains how shipping works, which service levels are available, and what to do if a package runs late.

Our Delivery Options & Transit Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after proof approval. Keep in mind that transit times are in addition to production time (the time it takes us to print, cut, and pack the order). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Which Shipping Carriers Do We Use?
We work with the best carriers in the business to ensure prints arrive safely and on time. Depending on the location and order size, we'll select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for the shipment. Customers receive tracking information via email once the order ships so they can follow it all the way to the destination.
- UPS Ground, our go-to for most domestic orders (reliable and affordable)
- FedEx, used for faster domestic shipping and international shipments
- USPS Priority Mail, perfect for smaller, lightweight items that need quick transit
Do We Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We understand that great printing knows no borders. International orders typically take 2 to 4 weeks depending on customs processing times in the destination country. Keep in mind that additional fees apply for international delivery, and customs fees or import duties may be charged by the country (these are the recipient's responsibility).
- Customs fees and import duties are the recipient's responsibility (we can't control or predict these charges)
- Transit times vary by country and how fast customs processes the package
- For large international orders, contact us first for a custom delivery quote. We can often find better rates for bulk shipments
How Do I Track My Order?
Once the order ships, customers receive an email with tracking information and direct links to follow the package. They can also check order status anytime on our Track Order page. Just enter the order number and email address, and we'll show exactly where the prints are right now.
Shipping Costs & Insurance
Standard shipping is free on all orders, making it easy to get quality prints without extra fees. Expedited and rush options add a flat rate regardless of order size or weight. All shipments include basic insurance up to $100; for higher value orders, we recommend purchasing additional coverage through the carrier. Contact support for quotes on insured or signature-required deliveries.
Packaging & Protection
We take packaging seriously to ensure prints arrive in perfect condition. Items are carefully packed in protective materials, with rigid boxes for larger orders and padded envelopes for smaller ones. Fragile items get extra cushioning, and we use weather-resistant materials to protect against moisture. If damage occurs during shipping, our quality guarantee covers reprints at no cost.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where does Cheap RUSH Printing ship from?
All orders ship from our production and fulfillment facility in Pompano Beach, Florida at 2637 E Atlantic Blvd. We operate from a single centralized location, not multiple warehouses. All printing, finishing, quality check, packing, and carrier pickup happen at this one facility before any package enters the carrier network nationwide.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes. We ship print orders to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times and shipping rates to non-contiguous states differ from continental rates and are calculated live at checkout when you enter your ZIP code. APO and FPO military addresses are available through USPS on qualifying orders.
Which shipping carriers does Cheap RUSH Printing use?
We ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier selected at checkout depends on your package weight, dimensions, the service level you choose, and your destination ZIP code. All three carriers serve every U.S. address, including PO Boxes through USPS. FedEx and UPS are preferred for time-sensitive shipments with granular tracking.
How long does standard ground shipping take?
Standard ground shipping from our Pompano Beach, Florida facility typically takes three to six business days for continental U.S. destinations. Southeast states generally arrive on the shorter end of the range. Destinations in the Pacific Northwest or mountain states may take the full five to six business days via standard ground service.
What is the difference between production time and shipping time?
Production time is how long your job is in our facility from proof approval through press, finishing, quality check, and packing. Transit time starts when the carrier scans the package at pickup. Delivery dates shown at checkout combine both numbers. A job with 3-day production and 3-day ground transit takes 6 days minimum.
Can I get faster shipping?
Yes. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options are available at checkout. Pairing a rush production tier with expedited shipping gives you the earliest possible arrival window. Select the shipping service at checkout after entering your delivery ZIP code to see live carrier rates for each available service level.
How do I track my print order?
Visit tools/track-order/ with your order number and the email address used at checkout to see live status from proof review through shipped. You can also use the tracking link emailed to you when your shipping label was created to go directly to the carrier's live tracking page for real-time transit scans.
When is my tracking number sent?
Your tracking number is emailed when the shipping label is created, typically on the day your package is packed and ready for carrier pickup. The email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a direct link to the carrier tracking page. The first active scan appears once the carrier physically picks up the package.
Why does my tracking show "label created" but no movement?
Label creation happens before the carrier physically picks up your package, so there is a window between label creation and the first scan. Movement updates appear once the carrier scans the package at pickup or at the first sorting facility. Contact us if no scan appears after 24 business hours of the shipped status appearing.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes are possible before the shipping label is created. Contact us as quickly as possible at +1 (800) 220-5185 or tools/contact-us/ with your order number and corrected address. After the label is created, a carrier address intercept is required, which may incur a carrier fee and is not guaranteed to succeed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently serve U.S. domestic addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. APO and FPO military addresses are available through USPS when eligible for your product type. International shipping to non-U.S. addresses is not offered at this time. Contact us if you have a specific inquiry about international fulfillment needs.
Can orders ship to a PO Box?
Yes. USPS delivers to PO Boxes and is the only carrier that can do so. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. When you enter a PO Box address at checkout, the system routes your shipment automatically through USPS at the available service level for your package size and weight.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated live at checkout based on your package weight, box dimensions, chosen service level, and carrier rate zone for your delivery ZIP code. Live carrier rates are pulled directly from UPS, FedEx, and USPS tables with no flat-rate markup. Enter your ZIP at checkout to see exact options and costs.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
Email support@cheaprushprinting.com with your order number and photos of both the damaged outer packaging and the printed contents within a few business days of delivery. We open a carrier damage claim and arrange a reprint or refund for verified transit damage. Keep the original packaging for potential carrier inspection.
What if my order is lost in transit?
Contact us at tools/contact-us/ with your order number and tracking details. We open a trace claim with the carrier and follow up on the investigation within one to two business days. Orders confirmed lost by the carrier investigation are reprinted and reshipped at our expense with no additional charge to you.
Can I pick up my order locally in Florida?
Most orders are shipped for consistency and efficiency from our Pompano Beach facility. Contact us before ordering if you are near Pompano Beach and need to arrange local pickup. We will confirm whether local pickup is available for your specific product type and production timeline, as it is not available for all orders.
Does rush shipping guarantee a delivery date?
We commit to a ship date based on your production completion time and the carrier's scheduled pickup. Carrier transit delays caused by weather events, volume surges, or other disruptions are outside our control. We recommend ordering with a one-day buffer when your event or campaign deadline is a fixed non-negotiable date.
What does it mean when my tracking shows "out for delivery"?
Out for delivery means the package is loaded on a carrier delivery vehicle and is scheduled for delivery to your address that day. Most carriers deliver between 8 AM and 8 PM local time depending on route sequence and daily volume. The vast majority of business deliveries complete before 5 PM.
What carrier handles rural or remote address deliveries?
USPS serves rural and remote addresses that UPS and FedEx either do not service or charge significantly higher rates to reach. If your ZIP code is in a remote or rural area, USPS may be the only carrier option shown at checkout, or it may offer the most competitive rate for that delivery zone.
Can I request Saturday delivery?
UPS and FedEx offer Saturday delivery as a premium add-on service on select routes and to eligible ZIP codes. Saturday delivery adds a carrier surcharge and is not available on all routes. Contact us before ordering if Saturday arrival is critical so we can confirm availability and pricing for your destination ZIP code.
Is tracking available for USPS shipments?
Yes. All USPS orders receive a USPS Tracking number or Priority Mail tracking number included with the shipment. Tracking update frequency is lower than UPS and FedEx, with fewer intermediate facility scans, but delivery confirmation is always provided when the carrier records the final delivery scan at your address.
How does my deadline affect which shipping option I should choose?
Work backward from your hard deadline. Subtract one buffer day, then subtract your chosen transit time to get the required ship date, then subtract production time to identify when your proof must be approved. Contact us with your deadline date and we will map the timeline for you and recommend the correct production and shipping tiers.
