These terms and conditions explain how CheapRUSHprinting.com accepts orders, handles files and proofs, runs production, and manages shipping, cancellations, and refunds. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions; if there is any uncertainty please contact support. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy.
1) Using Our Services = Accepting These Terms
Browsing, creating an account, uploading files, or placing an order on CheapRUSHprinting.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If these Terms are not accepted, please refrain from using the site or services.
2) Who Can Order
Customers must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their location). When ordering on behalf of a company, the person confirms they are authorized to do so.
3) Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes, shipping, and options are calculated at checkout. We typically collect payment at checkout.
- We do our best to keep pricing accurate. If there’s a clear error (misprint/misquote), the order may be corrected or cancelled and the customer notified.
- We accept major cards and common online methods (PayPal, Stripe, GPay, Apple Pay, etc.). We don’t store card numbers.
- If an item is unavailable or a setting isn’t feasible, we’ll reach out with options before proceeding.
4) Your Files, Proofs, and Approvals
Uploading artwork confirms ownership or permission to use it. Uploading grants us a limited license to use the files to produce the order.
- We provide digital proofs with notes before production. Please review carefully—spelling, layout, bleeds, orientation, and content.
- After approval, we’re not responsible for errors present in the approved proof or in your supplied artwork.
- For best print results, send CMYK files at 300–350 dpi with at least 1/8″ bleed when needed.
- Need help? We offer free basic setup and can provide design adjustments on request before print.
5) Color, Trim, and Production Tolerances
Print involves industry‑standard tolerances:
- Color: CMYK output can vary slightly from what appears on RGB screens. A small shift is normal.
- Trim: Minor cutting variances can occur. Include bleeds and safe margins.
- Stocks/finishes: Paper and coatings may have minor batch differences.
6) Turnaround and Shipping
Turnaround times shown on the site are estimates. We work fast, but events like carrier delays, weather, or equipment issues can happen.
- Please allow up to 2–3 business days beyond the estimate when needed.
- We ship with common carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). Once a shipment is handed off, risk of loss transfers to the recipient.
- We’ll post tracking when available so customers can follow progress.
7) Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations can be requested before we start pre‑press/production. Once prep begins, stopping an order may not be possible.
- If an order is in pre‑press, a partial fee may apply to cover time/materials already invested.
- If print has started, we’ll do our best, but changes/cancellations are not guaranteed.
8) Damages, Reprints, and Refunds
If there’s a production defect or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cheaprushprinting.com.
- Please include photos or a short video and your order number so we can review quickly.
- If confirmed, we’ll offer a reprint, refund, or account credit—case by case.
- We can’t cover issues present in supplied files or in proofs approved by the customer.
9) Prohibited Content
No illegal, infringing, hateful, or obscene content. We may refuse any order that violates laws, rights, or our standards, at our discretion.
10) Our Site, Templates, and Content
The text, graphics, logos, code, templates, and other materials on our site belong to CheapRUSHprinting.com or our licensors. Please don’t copy, resell, or republish without written permission.
11) Warranties and Liability
We provide services “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order won’t exceed the amount paid for that order.
12) Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute not resolved through direct communication with our support team is subject to binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still apply.
13) Accessibility
We’re always improving site accessibility. If accessibility issues are encountered, email support@cheaprushprinting.com and we’ll help.
Frequently Asked Questions
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed when you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Order confirmation does not mean production has started. Production begins after your artwork is received and a digital proof is approved, or immediately after payment for proof-free products where no proof step is used.
Can Cheap RUSH Printing cancel my order?
Yes, in rare cases where we cannot fulfill your order due to capacity constraints, materials unavailability, or content that violates our acceptable use guidelines. If we cancel, you receive a full refund to your original payment method within five to seven business days from the cancellation date.
What am I responsible for when submitting artwork?
You are responsible for ensuring you own or are licensed to use all images, logos, fonts, and copy in your submitted artwork. You are also responsible for providing accurate shipping information and submitting content that is legal and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate any applicable law.
What happens when I approve the digital proof?
Proof approval is your acceptance that the content, spelling, design, and layout are correct and ready for production. Once you approve, we print the file exactly as presented in the proof. Errors discovered after approval including typos, wrong phone numbers, and incorrect logos require a new reorder at your cost.
How many free revision rounds do I get?
Free Design Setup customers receive one complimentary revision round per order included in the service. Additional revision rounds beyond that included allowance may incur a design fee at the current hourly rate. All revision requests must be submitted by replying to the proof email with specific numbered correction notes.
What if I do not respond to my proof in time?
Orders with proofs that remain unanswered for more than five business days may be held in pending status. Rush orders paused for pending proof approval may no longer hold the original production commitment if the approved rush slot passes. Respond to the proof email or contact support to reactivate your order promptly.
Is payment due at checkout?
Full payment is due at the time of order placement unless a written net terms agreement has been established with our billing department in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars including applicable taxes shown at checkout.
Are taxes included in the listed price?
No. Product prices shown in the calculator cover printing and finishing only. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address in accordance with state and local law. Shipping charges and any design service fees are also added at checkout and shown in the order summary before payment is confirmed.
What happens if my payment is declined?
If a payment is declined and not resolved promptly, we may suspend your order and account until the payment issue is cleared. Chargebacks filed on orders already in production may result in the job being halted. Contact us directly to resolve payment issues before initiating a dispute with your card issuer.
Can I combine two coupon codes on one order?
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other discount codes unless the specific promotion explicitly states that stacking is allowed. The checkout system applies the single best available discount when stacking is not permitted. Discount codes also cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been paid and confirmed at checkout.
What is the difference between production time and transit time?
Production time is the number of business days your job is in our facility on press and through finishing after proof approval. Transit time is the number of days the carrier takes to deliver the package to your address after pickup. Both are separate numbers; your delivery date is the sum of both.
Do you guarantee on-time delivery?
We commit to our production turnaround time. For delivery date guarantees, select a guaranteed-delivery shipping service at checkout and plan accordingly. Standard ground shipping transit times are carrier estimates only. For time-sensitive deadlines, use a guaranteed service and communicate your hard deadline to support before placing the order.
What if my package is lost by the carrier?
Contact us within ten business days of the ship date with your order number and tracking details. We open a carrier trace claim and work toward a replacement or refund depending on the carrier investigation outcome. Confirmed lost shipments are reprinted and reshipped at our expense to your confirmed delivery address.
What is your liability limit if something goes wrong?
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for lost profits, consequential damages, or indirect losses arising from errors, delays, or service failures even when we were informed of the possibility of such downstream impacts.
What law governs these terms?
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute not resolved through direct communication with our support team is subject to binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association as agreed at the time of order placement.
